CA series hydraulic motor is a new product developed by our company for high-end market, the product can work in all kinds of bad working conditions is stable, can meet most of the cases of hydraulic motor with high working pressure, stability and low speed high torque output, such as requirements, on the structure, the motor adopts face with flow, radial piston curve within the form, taking the advantages of the motor rotor hollow. The 3T5T winch produced by our company is specially designed for workover rig equipment. The general hydraulic motor has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, beautiful appearance, compact size and good economy. Low speed high torque hydraulic motor is a very common use of hydraulic machine implementation components, at the present stage are using tangential shaft flow distribution mechanism or inner hole flow distribution mechanism, not only mechanical equipment structure cumbersome and high production cost, and mechanical energy and capacity of low efficiency, not easy to speed. The digital flow distribution and speed regulating mechanism of low speed and high torque hydraulic motor are studied in this paper. The completion principle of digital flow distribution and speed regulation of low speed high torque hydraulic motor is studied scientifically. In the analysis of traditional low gear basically, the principle of the hydraulic motor with high torque of digital flow and digital speed control principle to carry out scientific research, obtained the flow state chart and state diagram, clearly put forward the digital flow and speed to complete the actual method. 2 completed the digital flow and speed regulating mechanism of 3 d product structure design.
