2, the output shaft oil seal oil leakage

After the disassembly test, the axial and radial gaps of the output shaft meet the requirements, and the matching surface of the output shaft and sealing ring of XWM1 series hydraulic motor has no significant wear. However, it was found that the aging of the sealing ring plastic hardened, ductility decreased, the sealing ring lip wear, preload and sealing characteristics are reduced, the temperature is too high to speed up the wear of the sealing ring lip; In addition, because of the cycloid motor leakage, the back pressure in the shell is too high, so that the sealing ring lip wear and oil seepage further aggravated.


3, the valve plate wear

According to the principle of the cycloidal motor, the rotor of the valve plate and the rotary wheel line motor are connected by the small connecting shaft to rotate together, and at the same time the valve plate is rolling on the valve disc. The factors leading to excessive wear of the friction pair are as follows:


When the new cycloid motor was just installed, because the motor housing was not filled with gear oil, the CA50 series hydraulic motor made the friction surface of the friction pair lack of sufficient wetting, resulting in wear.


Especially in the early work with a relatively large load, more heavy wear of the valve plate plate and valve disc friction surface because of the roughness of the wear surface, so that the middle residue storage space of the friction pair increases, the fine particles into the friction surface and the alloy particles are cut out with the valve plate rotation, aggravating the wear


4, cycloid motor fatigue

According to the reasons of the valve plate wear, the reason is as follows: because the valve plate wear, so that the inlet and pump oil channel is connected at the valve plate, part of the high pressure oil discharge, through the stator motor rotor pair steam pressure is reduced, the total flow is reduced, resulting in the motor output revolution and torque reduction.
